½ day up to 4-hours for one dog

Full Day up to 8-hours for one dog

£27 – times to be agreed with clients but is normally for 8:30am-4:30/5pm Mon-Fri, 10:45am-8:00pm Sat and Sun and bank holidays. If you need to drop off/collect outside of these times please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

For clients who pay for their daycare monthly at the beginning of the month the daily rate will be £26 (plus travel if applicable, see below). I am happy to roll over 1 visit/month in the event that you need to cancel a daycare booking for any reason. For veterinary reasons please contact me to discuss rollover of bookings.

Payment is due by 1st of month for which daycare is booked.

Payable 24 hours before the first daycare date in the month for monthly payment.

Payable 24 hours in advance for PAYG

Boarding – for one dog/24hrs

£32 – this is for up to 24 hours so for example drop off 10:45 am collect 10:45am is £32.

Boarding – payment is due in full 14 days before the first date for boarding. FOR bookings between 15th December and 10th January a non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required for bookings over 3 nights.

This is payable at the time of booking and the balancing payment is due 14 days before the first date for booking.

Travel – Drop off/collection

If you would like me to drop off/collect your dog for day care or boarding this will incur an additional charge of £2 per booking for Hitchin & Ickleford.

For areas up to 10 miles from Hitchin it will be £2 collection and £2 drop off
